While we can assure the quality of the products we manufacture, we cannot guarantee the work of other manufacturers whose products are on our website- especially those that are produced in massive quantities.
By now, most people know that any kind of disposable vaporizer (such as our Cartridges and Disposables) will occasionally come off the manufacturing line defective. The same is true of multiple-use vaporizers manufactured by companies like Boundless Tech. While we have no means of preventing this, we can certainly help those who experience issues with their hardware.
The Silver Owl CBD Company maintains the following policies for the products listed on our website and any Silver Owl products purchased from our partners in retail:
Disposables and Cartridges
With the modified PACT Act in effect, we are no longer able to ship replacement cartridges and disposable vapes directly to end users. However, we are still able to provide replacements to the vendors that work directly with us and the distributors who provide our products to a vast number of stores across the country.
If a Silver Owl Cartridge or Disposable bought at your local store of choice is not functioning properly, that store can accept an exchange within three days (72 hours) of its purchase, provided the product is returned with its original packaging and its transaction receipt serving as proof of purchase. If that store purchases directly from us, we can ship them replacement units for any stock exchanged with their next orders; if that store purchases our products from local distributors, they can return defective units to their distributors, who will receive replacement units for any stock exchanged with their next orders.
We ask that any customer who purchased a defective cartridge or disposable seek an exchange from the providing store. The store in question may or may not know that we honor exchanges for defective products, so feel free to show them this policy. If that store is still unable to accept an exchange, you may contact us directly by emailing pictures or videos showing the defective product, defect in question (if applicable), original packaging and proof of purchase to Help@SilverOwlCBD.com – though we will not be able to replace a defective cartridge or disposable, we can offer you the full value paid in in-store credit on our website and a one-time use discount code for 50% off, effectively doubling the value of that credit.
Boundless Tech Terp Pen, Terp Pen XL and Replacement Coils
Though we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or replacements for Terp Pen, Terp Pen XL and associated accessories with manufacturer’s defects, Boundless Tech offers 3 year manufacturer’s warranties on their vaporizers, as well as limited warranties on their products’ batteries and coils. We would be happy to provide additional proof of purchase to any customers who purchased a defective Boundless Tech product from our website so they can file a warranty claim.
