We just didn’t realize how big we’d already gotten until visitors kept stopping by the booth to tell us how much our products have helped their customers and communities. Ordering And Order Fulfillment

Silver Owl’s sales and warehouse teams follow a specific list of steps when preparing orders for our clients:

We’ll collect any pertinent information for your order from you: type of business, requested SKUs and quantities, etc.
We’ll put together an estimate and email it to you. This estimate will include our wiring information; as of the publication of this article, we require payments to be sent via a wire transfer.
If everything on the estimate looks good to you, please wire payment and let your sales representative know that you’ve sent your payment.
Upon receiving this update, your sales representative will confirm that your payment has arrived with upper management. If it’s confirmed that your payment has arrived, your estimate will be converted into an invoice and sent to our shipping department for fulfillment.
In most cases, orders will be filled within 1-3 days of their invoices’ delivery to our shipping department. Any delays or back-orders will be communicated to you in a timely manner so that you and your sales representative can establish the next steps, as desired by you and your business.

Minimum Order Quantities

The fully-packaged Silver Owl products are available to stores and wholesalers in the following MOQs:

Tinctures and Oils: 6 (1 box)

Topicals (Roll Ons, Creams, Freeze Balms): 10 (1 box)

Crystals/Diamonds/Dabs: 10 (1 box)

Isolate Powder 500mg and 1,000mg: 10 (1 box)

Cartridges: 10 (1 box)

Disposables: 10 (1 box)

Gummies and Honey Sticks: 10 (1 box/tube)

Dog Treats: 10 (1 box)

3.5g and 7g Flower Options: 10 (1 box)

All options listed above, both labeled and unlabeled, are available to master distributors and white label brands in minimum order quantities of 100 units per SKU. Please note that you may only order in quantities of 100 in order to qualify for any price drops or perks in place for master distributors and white label brands.

Pricing

Generally speaking, we have four tiers of prices we stick to in order to keep our markets fair and competitive:

MSRP: our set retail prices. These are the prices our e-commerce customers pay; we expect our partners in retail to respect and stick to these prices.

Wholesale: our set wholesale prices. These are the prices our partners in retail pay; we expect our partners in distribution to respect and stick to these prices.

Distribution: unlike the rest of our prices, these are offered on a sliding scale depending on the value of a given order, as defined by the following sub-tiers:

-Tier 3: available for orders of $2,500-$4,999

-Tier 2: available for orders of $5,000-$9,999

-Tier 1: available for orders over $10,000

White Label: these prices also scale and typically match our distro tier pricing. White label prices will vary depending on the amount of packaging and labeling we’re creating and applying for each order. In order to qualify for white label ordering, each white label order must meet a minimum order value of $5,000.

Shipping And Handling

We offer free shipping on all first orders for retail and wholesale businesses. From their second order on, retailers and distributors will only be charged our cost on shipping labels- no handling fees or mark-ups attached. White label orders will be required to pay for all shipping and handling expenses for all orders.

White Label Policies And Charges

If you are interested in white labeling our products, please note that we have more policies in place for these services than we have for our wholesale and distribution programs:

*We will not design your labels for you, as the creative differences that have come up in the past have proven this to be too tricky for us. Die-cuts and/or measurements of our labels and the language we use on our labels can be provided to you in exchange for a non-refundable security deposit worth 10% of your order.

*Our most affordable option for white labeling is to deliver the products in foam holders, mostly unpackaged. We can also print and apply labels for an additional fee.

*We cannot print boxes in-house and our in-house label printing services’ availability may vary, but we can provide you with our connections to packaging manufacturers in exchange for a non-refundable security deposit worth 10% of your order. (This deposit is separate from our label deposit)

*All SKUs must be ordered in minimum quantities of 100 for white label orders. The costs of shipping, packaging and labeling for any white label order must be paid in full, along with its ticket price, before we can ship it out.

*Purchasers are required to cover any costs associated with their orders, including labeling, packaging, shipping and handling.

*Any non-refundable security deposits collected will be applied towards the total price of their white label orders upon completion. If a deposit is collected but its order is never paid for and completed, that deposit will be considered forfeit and will be used to compensate Silver Owl for our lost time, efforts and resources.

Disclaimers

*Please be aware: due to the current legal classification of Delta 8 THC in some regions, we cannot ship Silver Owl THC products to the following states at this time: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Utah. Any Silver Owl THC products ordered to these states will be removed from their corresponding orders.
