In order to qualify for our local perks, store locations must fall within a 30-mile (or 30-60 minute drive) radius of downtown Denver. Placing Orders

Placing wholesale orders with Silver Owl is as simple as it gets: just let one of our sales representatives know which products you’d like to stock and provide requested quantities of each, then send us a picture of your EIN. That’s all we need to get the process rolling and we’ll make the rest as easy and quick for you as possible.

Payment And Shipping

Silver Owl’s sales and warehouse teams follow a specific list of steps when preparing orders for our clients:

1. We’ll collect any pertinent information for your order from you: type of business, requested SKUs and quantities, etc.
2. We’ll put together an estimate and email it to you. This estimate will include our wiring information; as of the publication of this article, we require payments to be sent via a wire transfer.
3. If everything on the estimate looks good to you, please wire payment and let your sales representative know that you’ve sent your payment.
4. Upon receiving this update, your sales representative will confirm that your payment has arrived with upper management. If it’s confirmed that your payment has arrived, your estimate will be converted into an invoice and sent to our shipping department for fulfillment.
5. In most cases, orders will be filled within 1-3 days of their invoices’ delivery to our shipping department. Any delays or back-orders will be communicated to you in a timely manner so that you and your sales representative can establish the next steps, as desired by you and your business.
6. We typically ship orders, including first orders, via USPS Priority. Average delivery time is 1-5 days after processing, with most packages arriving in 2-3 days. More shipping options, including overnight shipment and the use of other mail carriers, will be made available upon request and paid for at-cost by the purchasing party.

Here’s what our current partners in retail have seen in different kinds of markets across the country while working with us:

Big cities – First orders, even larger ones, can be sold out within days of arrival due to elevated awareness of our brand and the cannabinoids in our products. With increasing hype and local word-of-mouth, demand increases dramatically within 1-3 months and continues rising exponentially.

Suburbs and medium-sized cities – On average, most first orders will sell within 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the order and the population density of the surrounding community. Demand typically increases steadily over the first 2-6 months, then accelerates.

Tourism centers and adjacent communities – most first orders seem to sell within 2-4 weeks, with busy seasons producing faster sales. As tourists looking for a legal alternative take note of your store’s supplies, the local market will too. This is especially true in regions where compounds like Delta 8 are now prohibited. Demand usually increases in 2-6 months, though this may be expedited by the nature of a given tourism center’s economy.

Small and rural towns – Takeoff is a little longer in areas with less population density, with small first orders usually selling out in 3-6 weeks. Return business is key in small towns and demand for exotic products, like Silver Owl THC-O cartridges and HHC disposables, can lead to a steady increase in sales over 3-8 months.

A Note About Pricing

In order to ensure the proper function of the free market, we have put a strict price lock on our lines. We do this to protect our distributors’ interests for helping our brand spread across the country and keep the competition fair in hot markets. Ergo, the only way to qualify for a price drop is to purchase larger orders that fall into one of our distro tiers of pricing.

We expect all tiers of our pricing system’s listings to drop over time and occasionally offer sales that affect every tier of our pricing structure, so you won’t go without discounts and watch as your competition sells other brands’ goods for better prices than ours. This price lock merely affects our rates for any given period. However, this should mean that no two stores in any given market will be paying and charging different prices.
